Searching for God in this messed up world

“His purpose was for the nations to seek after God and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him—though he is not far from any one of us.” ‭‭Acts of the Apostles‬ ‭17:27‬ ‭NLT‬‬ I have spent this morning wrapped up in imaginary explorations to various parts of our planet. This has mostly been achieved with an unlabelled Google Maps page in one hand and an overview of The Explorer’s Club’s website in the other. Things are so chaotic in the world at the moment that I find myself drifting towards ‘otherworldly’ scenes of natural beauty; high mountain peaks and beautiful wildlife. Dreaming of going on daring adventures with my loved ones, uncovering great discoveries. Is this an attempt to escape?
